The staff were amazing, the location was so good five minutes walk to the beach and about three minutes to the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Location - great location. Although there were occasions of 'dogs barking' due to being in the local area at the edge of the resort. Staff - lovely staff who were very helpful. They even left a nice touch in my room on my birthday.

This property is well situated for local tavernas, the small beach, harbour and shops. The female staff that greeted us were very friendly. Our apartment was a nice size and serviced most days.

Great location, very clean, and comfortable beds. The reception staff were helpful and communicative. When I requested an early check-out because we couldn’t use the pool, Anna explained that we could leave if we wished and the remainder of our stay would be reimbursed. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find alternative accommodation or amend our flights, so we stayed. Anna kindly offered us complimentary breakfast, which we politely declined, but we were given a late check-out on our final day. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches—wine, fruit, and a handwritten welcome note on arrival, as well as a departure gift.

We absolutely loved our stay - the whole team at the Elounda Garden Suites were so incredibly friendly and helpful. There are only 20 or so rooms so it has a small feel to it and a really friendly atmosphere around the pool where the snack bar is. At peak time there were always sun loungers available. Our room was a great size with a small kitchenette which was exactly what we wanted, and a big balcony. It was cleaned everyday if we wanted so it was always lovely and clean. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and the beach so it's a perfect location. We also hired a car for a few days and were able to park it in the spaces behind the hotel for free, although there was also free parking close by if we hadn't been able to.
