We had to wait outside( 1,5 hours at midnight )the appartment on the street in the cold because the check inn didnt work and we couldnt get the code. It,s not the best neighbourhood with nightclubs and so on to try to explain everything outside with trains and people around and the bags on the ground. The man on the Phone did his best but we lost contact several times and he Said it was because of the server. My details about incheck and outcheck were confirmed a long time before but they sendt the incheck code to another country mobile number,so I didn't receive that. Finally after 1,5 hour midnight we got the code to Come in the building.then we had to call him again because we didn't had the roomnumber. Finally we got in and got some hours of sleep, but a lot of noise of the trains behind the building. I will not book this one again. Note! You have to pay a deposit about over 100 euros!! The double bed is a sofa and the other bed you have to climb up and is very low under the roof, so you have to sit on your knees. There was a toalettpapir with poop on it and I have seen cleaner rooms. The Coffee maschine was good!

“great place”
The rooms are very well equipped snd clean. The coffee machine with beans was a great for morning. The room has a small kitchenette with required for a stay. Bed was very cozy and comfortable.

“Nice and cozy apartment for a small family. Away from Hamburg city but excellent location”
Location is good as the apartment is located next to Elmshorn station. Also, cafes, grocery shop are in close vicinity. Cleanliness, furnishing is apt and suitable for the apartment.
