“Great position, good room and staff that go above and beyond to help. Will come again”
Breakfast was booked in advance but on arrival we were told there would be no chef on Christmas morning therefore no breakfast. When I mentioned I had bed and breakfast throughout the stay, we were told there could be a continental breakfast served to our room on 25th. We agreed to this and went to get our bags from the car. On return to the hotel we were told by manager that he could provide us with a cooked breakfast on all days and what time would we like to eat? Obviously a miscommunication that was quickly resolved. Brilliant service

Friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Excellent meal in their restaurant too. Free resident parking was literally straight across the road…couldn’t have been more convenient . Would stay here again 👍🏼🙂

“Great place to stay.”
The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful.,especially the girls in the restaurant.the breakfast was excellent and we had dinner two nights and it was excellent as well. The bar staff were excellent as well, thank you Stewart for your excellent service. Theroom was tidied every day to a high standard as well, thank you to the cleaning staff.I would recomend this hotel to anybody and hope to be back soon.

“Clean, comfortable, great staff, some of the fixtures and fittings are tired and need a refresh.”
Staff were welcoming and friendly, the girls working breakfast were excellent and service was very swift. Breakfast was good quality and a decent portion size.

I had a really pleasant stay at the Buchan Hotel. The room was clean and the location is great but what stood out most was the service. One of the staff members (I didn't catch her name) was especially friendly and helpful throughout my visit. It’s rare to see that level of consistent service—she really made a difference. I hope management sees the value she brings and considers recognizing her work. Thanks again for a great experience!
