“Ellmau Detached House”

Fantastic location, exceptionally clean and tidy with far more room than expected. The views are beautiful. Hosts are excellent, friendly and accommodating.

This chalet is perfect for a family holiday. It’s in a great location, about a 15 min walk (with skis) from the Hartkeiserbahn, and the ski bus is at the top of the road. Ellmau is a lovely quiet town which links to a huge ski area. The property came equipped with good crockery and kitchen items, a nespresso machine and a dishwasher (with plenty of tablets). I would recommend the owner provide some washing up liquid and kitchen towel but there are minor points. The kitchen has a breakfast bar area with 2 stools, a large table and a sofa/tv area. On the basement level there’s a heated boot rack, washing machine, clothes horse and ski stand with rear access. There’s also a double bedroom downstairs with sink. On the first floor there’s 2 good sized double bedrooms with TVs and a room with 2 bunk beds in. The bathroom on the first floor and ground fooor have showers and are a good size. There’s sledges and toboggans downstairs too, with plenty of space for recycling. Outside there’s space for 2 large cars or 3 small cars in a covered parking area. The host was really helpful, easy to get hold of, and provided lots of good recommendations. I would definitely recommend this chalet.
