Clean and efficient

“Great place to stay”

I have been staying at the Budget inn over the past 5 years and normally stay for a week at a time and have never been disappointed

No breakfast. Very budget. Was clean. Price extremely high at $189 for a budget motel. Only place I could find with an available room. Will not stay again. Noisy when trucks start up right outside your room.

If you have the opportunity to drive past, do so.

The location was perfect ,very close to down town and to awesome restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and had been recently updated. It was probably one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in ,we were very happy with room. Would definitely stay again

The outside of the building looked a little rough but to my surprise the room was great totally upgraded. Very clean room. Staff was very nice. I would stay here again.

We were charged $10 more than what booking.com said we were supposed to be charged. Hotel owner blamed it on Bookung.com, even though I had documentation showing otherwise. So, we won't stay at that hotel again, and probably won't use Booking.com again. The lower price was the only reason we booked online. And, I don't think there was a continental breakfast there, but am not sure about that.

Great location. Walking distance to downtown. Nice size room

Even though they didn't have a breakfast they had grills and tables to use. It had a pretty veiw and star gazing was amazing. Friendly staff and if you needed something they brought it right away.

The host are very nice and go out of their way to ask and make sure your stay is comfortable

The woman at the front was very friendly to me. My key did not want to work at first but other than that the facility was very clean. It may not look like much from the outside but I was not disappointed at all rooms are redone and clean .Very good calm location. I loved that the woman at the front had vegetables growing around the place. She was outside replanting pepper plants at one point and conversated with us. Waving bye to me as I went to enjoy the town. The bathtub was wonderful the water temp and pressure were perfect. No bugs of any kind. I would recommend to anyone!

Staff knocked on deep at 9am in morning to clean Room and check out was not until 10am Woke us up

Big comfy bed with a couch, the bath tub was deep

The location is excellent and the room was at the same level of quality and cleanliness of at least a a four star hotel.
