Fantastic service and very welcoming staff. The whole place has a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The food — especially the breakfast — was absolutely excellent. The apartments are very clean and well equipped with every facility you could wish for. We will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is a very clean, new apartment with all the required stuff. Swimming pools are good and clean where you can swim under the roof when it is very sunny and warm. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Staff are helpful and friendly. The location is near Cochem with plenty of restaurants and cafes. There are charging locations for electric cars for free. There is also a wine shop with good options.

Everything was good. Location is great, quiet, less than 10 minutes by car to Cochem, but you can also use the bus. The facilities, the chateau was newly renovated, the swimming pool was great. You have all that you need.

We loved the Spacious rooms, the huge balcony and the views. Ample parking spaces were provided , Breakfast buffet had a good spread, Pool and wellness area were good. Dinner at the restuarent was okay and its a self service model. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have a good wine collection in their Vinothek

“Lovely stay in all the ways we could think of”
We stayed in one of the newly build apartments and it was perfect. The terrace was huge with an amazing view. The beds were really good and we really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor as well and the indoor pool were super clean and lovely for relaxing, playing and swimming.

“Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings”
This is a brand new hotel that is not yet completely finished. The outdoor pool is still under construction (the indoor pool however has a small part that is also outside). Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are clean and spacious, but the kitchen could be better equipped. The beds and the bed linen are of high quality. Each apartment has its own parking place just outside. Ellenz-Poltersdorf is a very good location for exploring the Mosel valley. Don’t miss the small village Beilstein on the opposite side of the river, it’s probably the most pittoresque spot of Mosel and also has many nice restaurants. But beware, kitchens close already at 8 pm!

“Amazing apartments and great facilities!”
