We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, very close to Nine Arches Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and high quality. Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Lovely location, quiet and short walk to nine arch bridge, short tuktuk ride to Ella. Cozy comfortable and romantic feel with great views. Very friendly helpful staff. SriLankan style breakfast very nice. Great value.

Great staff, and was a great location next to the bridge. But expensive for what is was. The pool wasn’t super clean and the breakfast was the worst we had in Srilanka by far.

Rooms were generous size and views remarkable. Easy walk to 9 Arch bridge. Tuk tuk located at villa so easy accessible, just message Lakshan who was prompt and accommodating. CC facilities are available.

Lovely polite hosts, they asked what we would like for breakfast the night before so could be prepared. We also had our evening meal there which was delicious.

Great location to nine arch bridge and little adams peak. 25 mins walk into the town. Amazing view from the room - (we stayed at the top) we walked along the train track from nine arch bring along the train track into ella and looped back around up tbe hill on the road which is a really nice 4 mile loop. Big spacious rooms. Staff friendly, they offer a cheaper tuk tuk service.

“Disappointing and Massively Overrated”
The proximity to the Nine Arches Bridge was a good thing, but there are very many properties like that. A couple of younger staff were good and their efforts rescued this review from being labelled as "Bad".

Location is great,close to Nine Arch Bridge and great views of the train coming through the mountains. Dulwinder can arrange a Tuktuk into the town really inexpensively, about a 10min journey. Hotel team all really friendly. Breakfast was lovely with amazing views.
