The balcony to have breakfast has fantastic views and the staff were great, and food lovely. But rooms were not clean, shower flooded, sheets didnt look that clean.

The best stay of our Sri Lanka trip so far. The room was lovely and comfortable with a stunning view. The property is in an excellent location, a 5/10 minute walk from the town centre yet it feels quiet and peaceful. Our main takeaway was the staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly - in particular Charuka and Nimisha. We cannot recommend this property more.

“Good hotel”

I think everything was mostly good, specially front desk lady Nimesha was perfect. Helped us in many ways, example arrange massage, trip to waterfall etc. Other staff members was also so nice!! Breakfast was okay, nice views from the rooftop (and also from the roofs).

The hotel is close to the city center, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the hotel lacks cleanliness. On our first night, there was a disturbance and no hot water. On the second day, we were moved to another room; the bathroom was infested with insects, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. On New Year's Eve, we searched for staff throughout the hotel, but no one was there to help. An unpleasant experience.

The view from the balcony is breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the vibrant Ella town. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff was very accommodating and made all arrangements for us to have evening drinks.

“Beautiful view”

The staff was very friendly, the rooms large and clean, a tasty meal, and the view from the balcony was simply magical.

Sitting in the Balcony looking at Ella Rock was extremely pleasing, with sometimes mist covering everything. The staff knew that they were lacking better service, specially because construction work was going on for expansion & betterment of the Hotel, including an upcoming lift. Hence all of them were more than committed to give us service in all other ways possible; starting from carrying luggage to 1st & 2nd Floor to giving suggestions for Local attractions. And always with a smiling face. That uplifted the mood so that we could ignore the other drawbacks, during our stay.

Very nice view on Ella Rock. Rooms are comfortable, the desk helped us to change our rooms to got one of the four one facing the mountain.
