Great location away from the noisy main street. Everything is within walking distance. The owners are very caring. Very clean and comfortable room. If you find yourself here, you most likely came for a couple of days, this is a great option! Very clean, has everything you need.

“Ok to visit Ella”

The breakfast was great. The room is comfortable, with hot water, and a floor dryer, which is important for that kind of bathrooms without separation between the shower and the rest or the toilet.

“Lovely place close to Ella town.”

Perfect location, only ten minutes walk from the main centre of Ella but up a big hill and down a street where you can't hear the noise of the town at all. Room was an excellent price for the location and it was the comfiest bed I've slept in in a month! I wanted to stay an extra night and my room was booked, but she offered me an even better room for the third night. Tuktuk service available which was helpful when I had an early morning start. Also well- located for climbing little Adams peak and for nine arches bridge. Breakfast was generous and and only cost 1000LKR including tea, which was considerably cheaper than breakfast found in Ella town. Laundry service offered is also efficient and good.

Friendly host, nice breakfast and handy laundry service (pay per kg). They packed breakfast for us when we checked out early to catch the train. Quiet location near town. Decent wifi.

“I had very nice stay”

I liked staying in this guest house because of the super nice family. They are very good people always smiling. In my room was fridge, hairdryer, kettle for making tea. In front of the room was my personal terrace in the beautiful garden. Place is quiet at night and is very close to the main road. They also have 2 dogs. When I was there one got sick so I hope he is now healthy and happy back at home. Breakfast I had last morning was big and tasty. I recommend eating there. Internet works perfectly I could work from my room. Generally I had very nice stay there.

“Beautiful, value for money Homestay”

Bright, clean, spacious home from home. Greeted with a smile, owners son took me in to town when I wanted and arranged a taxi for me to Dickwella when leaving. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The family here are so warm and caring towards their guests and helped me a lot during my stay. A nice room to stay in tucked away from the noise of the busy street but easy to walk into the centre of town. Raale the son also organises great priced tuk tuk rides and tours. A home away from home!

The room was big enough for 4 people, the beds were comfortable and the fridge in the room was useful. The terrace in front of the room is nice.

We loved our stay in Quiet Rest Inn. The room was great, no mosquitoes and the bathroom was also correct. The owner was very helpful and nice. It is not on the main road, so it is very calm. The breakfast was delicious! Totally recommend.

The family was really nice and kind, we were very comfortable there, the beds were good and we had a great time. The lady was very thoughtful and helping us all the time. Breakfast was really good.

This property was in the perfect location in Ella. The lady who runs it is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Great dinner and breakfast had here plus Laundry service. Her son is a tuk tuk tour guide who is also brilliant. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone and if I’m ever back in Sri Lanka I’ll be staying here again.

“The best homestay with the best family!”

I loved my homestay! The family is the best, they do everything that you have the best time. Room is nice and clean, bathroom as well. Dippa‘s home cooked food is the best! On top you can go with her son Raale by tuktuk and explore the area (‚Ella Tuk Tuk safari with Raale‘). I can highly recommend staying here!
