We stayed for two nights at Paraiso Guest House, Ella, and had a wonderful experience. We would like to extend our special thanks to Mr. Dhana from the Management Department. He was kind, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was excellent. The guest house is conveniently located near Ella city centre and the railway station, making it easy to visit the area's main attractions. Transportation and access to nearby places were very convenient. We also enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the guest house. “The best place stay in our whole trip”
The King Room with Mountain View was absolutely amazing. Waking up in bed and seeing the mountains directly from the room was a beautiful experience. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was large and cozy, and the balcony area offered peaceful surroundings with birds and fresh mountain air. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, eggs, toast and great Sri Lankan tea. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. They also helped us with transport and local recommendations which made our stay even better.

“Great place to stay on your journey through Sri Lanka”
You have to bear in mind that this is a 2 star hotel. This shows in the age and decor in the rooms which is a little tired. Aside from this the accommodation was good and the views from most of the rooms stunning. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and just a 15 min walk into the centre of Ella. A cheap TukTuk back as well.

Big spacious room with large bathroom, lovely 10min walk along the train track to Ella main town. Staff were all super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a view over looking Ella Rock. Enjoyed my few days

Great view, location fine if you have transport. Air conditioning wonderful, fridge a luxury, balcony view same as lying in bed. Lovely breakfasts. Hot water showers, comfy bed. Stayed for 3 nights at the end of March.

Amazing view. Good breakfast. Large spacious room. Hosts very attentive but not overbearing and helpful to arrange tuk tuk and any other queries. Great location to get to the town centre and the main attractions possible by foot.

The view is exceptional! Close to main town. Breakfast was tasty and the room was spacious and clean. Staff helpful. No restaurant on site but Dhana very responsive and organised dinner to be delivered.
