The location of the hotel is close to the center, 5 min by walk. The steep hill mentioned in other reviews is manageable, even with 2 small kids. Who does not want to have the exercise, takes a Tuk-Tuk. ;) The hotel is well maintained and spotless clean. The infinity pool on the rooftop is not big, but the view is amazing. The team of the hotel is incredibly nice. Everybody is sooo welcoming, friendly and attentive. Madhan and Sameesa, the waiter from the restaurant, where always trying to read every wish from our eyes. Always they took special care for our 2 small boys. Our boys loved to play with them :) In this way we were also able to enjoy our delicious meals, which the chef Susa prepared. Susa is a chef with passion. You can feel it in the taste of the dishes he prepares. And all the time he was offering to prepare something special for our kids. The western & srilankian breakfast buffet was the best we had so far in Sri Lanka, in diversity, presentation and taste. We also had several times lunch and dinner in the hotel, always delicious. The restaurant prices are very reasonable, considering value for money even lower than in the center. Kavundu from front desk gave nice advices to explore Ella & surroundings and helps with everything what you need. So he organized our taxi to our next location with a very good driver, baby seat and very reasonable price. We came as guests and we left as friends of the whole team. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Great location with an amazing view over the valley (not all rooms vave this view). We had dinner in one night and included our breakfast in the package. The food, no complaints here, all dishes where very nice. Staff are all willing and eager to assist with anything.

Pros: * The location is great, close to the Main Street and the railway line to walk to Ella Rock. Beware the walk from the Main Street is steep, but it is good practice for walking to Little Adam’s or Ella rock. * The pool area has an amazing view of Ella Gap. * Balcony doors to let the cool breeze in. * Very fast laundry service.

Great facilities with a lovely mountain view, all very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was decent. The bedroom was beautiful, and the infinity pool and terrace were definite highlights. Slightly on the expensive side, but overall a very enjoyable stay.

Fabulous views over the Ella Gap from our room balcony and the rooftop pool. Staff were fantastic, a special mention to Kavinda and Supun. Good breakfast in the morning.

I stayed here with my fiancé and it was the perfect hotel for 3 nights to explore Ella. The view of Ella Rock and Little Adam’s Peak from the room were gorgeous, and there’s an infinity pool on the roof which is an added bonus. The staff were so helpful and accommodating! Breakfast delish.

The accommodation was in a perfect location right in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the main sights. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. It was the ideal place to stay while exploring Ella. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of the town!
