I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and they always made sure I was comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed. “pathetic please dont book rooms here you will regret”

we have booked well in advanced but the manager gave our room to someone else and when we reached he tried to justify himself and telling us you have booked another room he is fraud and i would recommend not to book room here. eventually we didnt stayed in thehotel and booked hotel next to it which was way better than the grand cliff

The location is nice, not too far from centre, with a beautiful view as in the description pictures. The staff member at the reception was really helpful and kind. The rooms (on the ground floor) we were initially given had faulty bathroom windows, but we were moved to a different room in the upper floor, which was good.

Location is good, a steep walk up to town or a short tuktuk ride, the staff were really friendly and helpful, they looked after our bags for a whole extra day after we checked out. rooms were basic, bathroom basic, good view from the balcony.
