“Lovely stay in Ella”
This was a great stay a few minutes walk from Ella town centre. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room had an amazing view. We also got a great breakfast which we loved!

“Best view to wake up to we've ever had”
This property could not be better positioned- absolutely amazing views of Ella Rock from each room and the rooftop terrace, and a <5 minute walk into town. Rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast made by Danni (with amazing views) was the best start to our day. Highly recommended.

“Ella Rock Heaven (or hell?)”
Views made the difficult access worth it. Breakfast was good but very little choice. We could use the lovely ( views) dining terrace in the evening but there was no service but we did get a lovely pot of tea one evening. We daren't risk the horrendous stairs at night as we had little children and elderly with us. Staff were great at helping with all bags and the buggy. Not really suitable for elderly or those with small children.

“Highly recommended stay in Ella”
We had an incredible experience with a group of 13, and the staff took exceptional care of every single one of us. Almost every room offers a stunning mountain view, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center. The complimentary breakfast was also a highlight—absolutely delicious! What truly set them apart was their honesty and helpfulness. One of our friends accidentally left their wallet behind; the staff found it, called us immediately, and even couriered it to our next stop. Such amazing, polite, and friendly people. Don't hesitate to book here!

“Exceptionnel”
I had a wonderful stay with my family at this hotel. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in a great area close to the center city and the Nine Arches bridge The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was very friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience.
