“I’m disappointed with the staff.”
I didn’t like that the receptionist lied to us about the pool being open and didn’t inform us in advance that it was closed and not working. When we arrived, we asked what time the pool closed, and she confidently told us the hotel’s working hours but never mentioned that the pool was out of service and in terrible condition. After our complaints, they cleaned it the next evening, but it was impossible to use because of the strong smell of chlorine. The only downside is that there are a lot of cockroaches, but otherwise everything is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—right on the main street and incredibly close to local shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even helped us out with parking our car. Another major highlight was the breakfast, which featured a really nice mix of traditional Sri Lankan dishes and western options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Great location, comfortable room. The view across the valley was very cool. Easy walk down town. Breakfast was superb, so much delicious food to choose from and the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Great hospitality!

Beautiful hotel, quiet, great view of Ella rock. Location was great, very short walk down to the main town centre. There is a nice bar with pool table & restaurant. Room was large, and ensuite had great water pressure. The staff were fantastic! Breakfast was delicious, large & included both Western & Sri Lankan options. Served 7:30-10:30, however we only ate 1/3 mornings as we like to hike early. We inforned the front desk we wouldnt be at breakfast and they offered us sandwiches & water to take with us.

“Nice Hotel With Great view”
The room where we stayed had the Ella rock bang opposite us. Little Adams peak was only 500 metres. A nice healthy evening walk would take you all over the town. Food was good specially the local fare and the rates were moderate.
