“I really liked it but came away very tired”

Family, food and location were amazing. No fault If you sleep light this road is busy all the time I fell in love with the dogs but they were poorly caged no light..no blankets no bed this caused me distress and was trying to help them but asking let them out for a run…they cannot be in cage all day…! This was a personal thing. Dream nest was great…really was. For me just too much noise.

The family owning this property was heartwarming, welcoming and super helpful with all my needs. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious! The view of the balcony breathtaking! They also helped me organize a taxi back to the airport and made sure I arrived safely. Thank you so much! Totally recommend!

Its a beautiful place but if you have any mobility issues its a no the steps down are terrible. Breakfast good rooms good no problem. Staff great.

Amazing view from the balcony and delicious breakfast made by the hosts each morning. 5-minute walk to Ella Town. Hosts were nice and helpful with arranging transport.

Beautiful view from the terrace was amazing. The owner was very kind and helpful. He made that stay very comfortable at many aspects. He helped with fixing the shoes and gave me a cream for my skin after being bitten severely by a spider at safari . Breakfast was tasty. The owner helped with luggage when we came and when we left. He was very caring.

Unreal views over the valley, and just a 3 min walk up the hill into Ella City which is a vibrant place with lots to do and see. Despite being close to town it's very peaceful at the guest house. On arrival our host brought us tea and some fruit with crackers which was lovely after the long drive up from the coast. He was very welcoming! The host also makes the most amazing breakfasts, asked what time you want it and serves you on the terrace out front. We spent most mornings watching the monkeys walk around and play in the trees right in front of the guest house, which was magical. The host was very helpful and happy to arrange reasonably priced taxis and also offered a laundry service during our stay. He provided a guide of local attractions which was nice to read through on arrival. Very good value for money overall!

Everything was perfect, the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. My partner had a birthday when we stayed there and all of the family organized suprise in the morning. The location is great, just short walk from Ella centre, the view is amazing. The owner was taking care of us from the beginning until the very end. We really recommend it, if you want to see real Sri Lankan hospitality and kindness.

The views are just stunning. We had an amazing breakfast served with Ella Rock views as backdrop. The owner was very helpful and accomodating. We would stay again. Location was a short walk to Ella town.

Amazing place, it is very close to Ella city center- about 5min walk. You have your own little taracce with a view over the mountains and the jungle. Very big, delicius breakfast. The room was well equiped, it even has a hair dryer. Extremely helpful host- helped me to arrange tuk tuk for a sunrise hike and taxi to another town. Highly recommend!
