I stayed in the double room on my own and the size was perfect! Such a gorgeous view (exactly as described on the website) and very clean. You have to go up quite a few stairs but the staff took my luggage at the start and end of my stay. Breakfast was good too, and the staff spoke decent english, which wasn't always the case during my visit in Sri Lanka. I saw many monkeys from my room, they even came up to my balcony but the staff were always around should there be any issues with them, which there weren't! I had the room without air conditioning, and though I was there in early May, the fan was more than enough to stay cool!

The property has incredible views of the surrounding mountains and valley. It was beautiful to wake up to each morning. The owners and staff were very kind and attentive to anything we needed! Great location to Ella town, just a 5 minute walk up the road. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend Country Homes 😊

Big room with good shower, large bed and Great view. Breakfast is brought to the room and is delicious (coffee, fruit, fruit juice, eggs etc. changes daily)

The thing we most like about staying there was the view from our balcony overlooking the mountains. The location was close to town and away from all of the noise as Ella is a very noisy place to be.

It was a great stay! Just some minutes from Ella downtown. Great view, super clean and the staff is super friendly and always happy to help! Breakfast is really delicious and gets delivered to the room.

“Relaxing Stay with Beautiful Views”

We really enjoyed our stay at Country Homes. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner, who was incredibly lovely and welcoming. We were offered a drink on arrival, which made us feel instantly at home. The property is perfectly positioned close to the town centre and within easy walking distance. The views were incredible, and the whole place had such a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was also lovely. We truly loved our stay here and would happily return.

Really enjoyed our short stay here, the room was very spacious and the view from the balcony was stunning. Breakfast was served to us on our balcony each morning and was a good selection of food. The staff were really helpful, carrying all our luggage up to our room and back down again when it was time to leave.
