“Very comfortable”

We really enjoyed our stay at Apurvi, we felt right at home straight away. The host family are lovely, and did everything to make sure we were comfortable. The room was bright, spacious and spotless. The balcony has beautiful views.

Host was so nice and accommodating

We stayed here 1 night after leaving our last place early, and we were so glad we did! The owner was so welcoming and kindly served us a late dinner after our taxi was delayed. The food was delicious for both dinner and breakfast, and the view was amazing. The room was comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend!

Apurvi Homestay is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ella - which makes it a great place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay with an amazing view into the mountains, the waterfall in the distance and - most important - the sunrise directly from the balcony. The room is amazing - tastefully equipped with everything needed for your needs. The breakfast (and dinner if you choose to ask for it) very delicious, the perfect start into the day, exploring Ella and its surroundings. The host is a super attentive person, always smiling, always at your service, making this stay an overall exceptional experience

We had an amazing stay, everything was perfect! The room was very clean and pretty, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Melani is a great host, she makes sure you got everything you need and even can arrange you a tuktuk. Also, breakfast is so good. If we come back to Ella, no doubt that we will be staying here again! Amazing place with very kind host and awesome food! We spent three nights here. We enjoyed the beautiful views. Each day we would walk down to Ella and on the way back we would get a tuktuk. Thanks for everything!

The family was so heartwarming and helpful. We got there a great, very tasty breakfast and dinner. The rooms are beautiful, very clean and we had all we needed. The view is amazing and If we come back to Sri Lanka we will stay there again. Thanks for the beautiful days.

The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with lovely, cozy beds that made our stay truly relaxing. One of the highlights was the gorgeous mountain view, especially at sunrise — absolutely breathtaking each morning. The private room offered great privacy and felt very peaceful. Overall, a wonderful property with beautiful surroundings and a great place to unwind. The homestay lady was absolutely lovely and very accommodating, striking the perfect balance of giving us space while also being there whenever we needed help. She made us feel welcome without being intrusive, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful property with beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere.

“Wonderfull homestay”

Very nice host Melani! Accomodation is very good (vere new) and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast is very good.

Hostess Melani was great and very helpful 💙. We felt at home there. Room was nice, clean, well eguipped, with beautiful view from the balcony. Even though it's a bit away from the city center, it was worth it.

Lovely homestay with warm hospitality, clean rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful views of Ella Rock and Ella Gap and we really enjoyed the delicious home-cooked meal on the balcony. Great location and very comfortable — would stay again!

The view is incredible, Melani was a lovely host and we really felt looked after by her. The breakfast was so tasty and we felt the homestay to be very homely!

Our stay at Aporrvi Home Stay in Ella was truly enjoyable. The location is calm and scenic, perfect for relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was excellent. The host made us feel like family and was always ready to help. The home-cooked food was tasty and fresh. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

“Charming”

The accommodation is set in the mountains about 30 minute walk (steep!) or short tuk tuk ride into Ella. The view is stunning. The room and bathroom was very clean and well appointed and Melanie was very sweet. She made good food and did our laundry and arranged tuk tuks for us on request.

Melani is an incredible host. She helped us with everything we needed. The food was delicious (some of the best we had in Sri Lanka!) and the views from the place are beautiful. The room itself was super comfortable and clean. We could even rent a scooter directly there, which was super convenient. Honestly, it’s a 20/10 experience, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Clean comfortable budget friendly room with a lovely view. Breakfast was delicious and the family are lovely. A good budget homestay.
