“It’s a very quiet and sweet place right in middle of Ella”
Really really clean. owner was very welcoming and kind, and organised laundry for us. He also let us leave all our stuff with him and sit around the guesthouse for many many hours after check out while we waited for our taxi to next destination

“Fantastic location in Ella town”
Super clean rooms with a beautiful outdoor space to chill or get a bit of work done. Aruna and crew are friendly and super helpful with local recommendations or any other questions you may have. He helped us to pay our tuktuk driver as well as we didn't have enough change on us when we were dropped off. Can't be the location too.

“Lovely stay!”
Amazing location, 1 minute walk from the main street, the room was lovely. No AC but had a fan and it was cool enough that the fan was not needed. The people are really nice, was welcomed with tea and crackers! Would definitely stay there again, great location for solo traveller!

Firstly we loved the hospitality and friendliness of our host Aruna and his wife Ranjanie they were so lovely the room was extremely clean and comfortable with a beautiful garden in front.Also my wife wasnt feeling well and Aruna was extremely kind to her and went out of his way to to make sure she was comfortable.The location also was very handy to visiting town and attractions all in all a truely wonderful stay

“Lovely little hideaway near the centre of Ella”
Owner was lovely and very welcoming with a coffee and friendly chat. The bed was big & comfy enough with a net if you wanted to use it. Seating outside on a shared verandah, overlooking the garden. Although you can hear a tiny bit of noise from the Main Street it is not a bother at all and a rather tranquil garden. Excellent value for money.

The host and his wife were really nice and greeted us with tea and a map for exploring the sights of Ella. We also were able to store our luggage there on our check out day. He kindly organized a driver for us to go to the tea factory. There is a super cute chunky verbal dog living there and it was nice to pet him. Location is just amazing.

“A good place for a short stay.”
The place is well located.. walking distance from the railway station and the high street, which is practically everything - including noise and many tourist traps. The accommodation is part of a home with independent access. They have a lovely garden with an outdoor sitting area. The hosts are warm and welcoming.

The hospitality was more than excellent. The Villa was much more than expected. Very neat. The front garden was most relaxing. The host and the staff was outstanding. Latha presented us with a cooking class. It felt like home away from home. The Luxury My Villa is situated in the heart of Bentota. Within one minute walk we had the most amazing seafood at Vintage Restaurant. The beach and train station is within 4 minutes walk. Shopping 1 minute walk. Will definitely be back.

“A beautiful guesthouse with a cozy garden to enjoy ❤️”
I had a very comfortable stay in this guesthouse. The hosts were very nice, hospitable & helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, a lot of cafes, restaurants & shops around. I especially liked the garden of the guesthouse, you can sit there and enjoy the sounds of the nature. I highly recommend this accommodation. I walked to the Nine Arches bridge, it's walkable.

“Ok for 1 night if you don’t expect a great shower.”
Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient but a bit noisy, especially the guests in the room next door coming in a 2:30 and talking loudly on the patio
