We were denied entry after a booking with booking.com and were told that the room was already assigned to some one else due to miscommunication with online property hosting company. Customer service could be improved.

We booked 2 rooms. 1 room for 7 adults, 1 room 4 adults. Great hospitality. They were prepared our room earlier. Because we had been there badulla night mail train. its very helped for us. Helpful staff. Everything good

The staff here are amazing!!! I couldn't recommend it more, they did so much for us and were absolutely lovely :) The hotel was clean, relaxed and was in a stunning location ! If you're travelling to Ella don't miss staying here
