Very lovely apartments, very calm location and superb large bed in the living room.

Very nice modern family room, comfy beds and great view to the trees. Staff is also very nice and efficient. Excellent breakfast with view to the valley.

Last minute booking but it was worth it! Spacious rooms, amazing view, very clean, very romantic, huge and tasty breakfast. Would definately come back. Very quiet but close to the city (10-15min walk)

Breakfast was exceptional value for money. The location was covered with trees so very calm and quiet place too, with very easy access to the railway and walking distance(30 minutes from the hotel) to the world-renowned 9 Arches Bridge. Superb staff and very friendly service too.

The setting and the room were beautiful. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

A very comfortable and clean stay with amazing views. The staff were extremely helpful with information and ensuring our needs were met. The fresh fruit at breakfast was amazing. Located an easy 30-minute walk from the nine arches bridge was also a big plus. It was a fantastic stay, which was way too short for us.

“Wonderful”

The room is light and large, has a balcony with soft chairs. Beautiful view of the mountains and the garden from the window. Very large and comfortable bed. It can get a little cold at night, a warm blanket helps. The room has everything you need: kettle, fridge, hair dryer. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Several times there were problems with hot water and WIFI, but they were immediately resolved. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts. We also rented a bike for a very good price. Good location of the hotel. Nearby is a 3 arch bridge, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Ella. We would like to thank the owner of 3Arch Eco Cottage and all the staff for their help and hospitality. We really enjoyed living in this place. We highly recommend.

“Comfortable, clean, friendly, private.”

Big room, large and comfortable bed! The bean bags are surprisingly comfortable and provide a good place to spend a few hours unwinding and reading a book. We had a large (private) 'walking' area around the room, so could drag the bean bags to wherever there was shade. There is a shortcut to get into town walking along the train tracks. It takes climbing up a (short) steep hill, but from there it's only a 10 mins walk into town and a 15 mins walk in the opposite direction to the 9 arch bridge. Highly recommend.

The style of the building and room was amazing, really well designed. Great view of jungle and mountain. Big, comfortable bed. Felt really relaxed there and the breakfast was yummy!

“Beautiful location”

Very friendly staff. The location is lovely, although the road to the hotel is a bit narrow with lots of corners (as it's in the mountain). The cottages looked cute from the outside. The bathroom was okay. I like how it has 3 parts. It was quite and peaceful (this might depend on your neighbors, we had neighbors, but we didn't hear them). We saw lots of squirrels from our balcony and the restaurant, so adorable. When we went to the little town, we walked passed the tea fields. Very beautiful.

Fantastic stay at this hotel in Ella. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to help. IAnd the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

Place is really nice Superb breakfast Friendly staff But if you are coming by a tuk,be aware about the tuk scam in Ella.

Lovely and clean rooms. Nice and somewhat secluded location outside Ella. Lovely and helpfull staff with great service. Helped us with a fixed and cheaper tuk tuk driver who we could always call for a pickup.
