“WE OVERLOOKED THE CLEANLINESS BECAUSE OF TRACY!!”
THE ONE THING THAT MADE OUR STAY WORTH THE MONEY WE PAID…. WAS THE FRONT DESK CLERK! HER NAME WAS TRACY!!! SHE WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND HELPFUL!!! THE MAID MUST HAVE FORGOT TO VACUUM OUR ROOM BECAUSE THERE WERE TOENAIL CLIPPINGS ALL OVER MY HUSBANDS SIDE OF THE BED!!! 🤢🤢🤮. THE TOWELS WERE THROWN ON OUR RACKS RUMPLED. IT MADE US WONDER IF THEY EVEN CHANGED OUR SHEETS!!! 🤢🤢🤢. WE HAD FORGOTTEN OUR PHONE CHARGER AT HOME AND TRACY (FRONT DESK CLERK) WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND…. SHE WAS BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS UP FRONT WHEN WE CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HAD A CHARGER WE COULD POSSIBLY USE? WE HAD SAID WE CSN COME UP AND GET IT IF YOU DO. WE STARTED TO GET SETTLED IN…. WHEN THERE WAS A KNOCK ON OUR DOOR. TRACY RAN US DOWN A CHARGER TO USE WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE ON HER FACE!!! WE LOOKED OVER THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM BECAUSE OF THIS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE!!! SHE ENJOYS PEOPLE AND CUSTOMERS AND IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER FOR YOUR COMPANY!! KUDOS TO TRACY! ( I AM SURE THAT WAS HER NAME… I THINK?!?!?!!). SHE HAD CHECKED US IN. ANYWAY SHE REALLY DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR HER ABILITY TO MAKE US WANT TO COMEBACK DESPITE THE TOENAIL CLIPPINGS SND THROWN HAPHAZARDLY TOWELS!! SHOUT OUT TO TRACY!!! THANK YOU!!!
