Friendly staff, welcomed into dining area, large family apartment with separate bedrooms. Beautiful views of frozen lake. Night lights among the snow was incredible.

The dinner they finally made for us (after saying at 15.30 that dinner is already over, but in the keykard carton it was 18.00 or 19.00 marked) was actually tasty and balanced/thoughtfully made. It could gave been because there was cheerleading camp, so no knowable staff, but still.. In summertime with nice weather it can be relaxing, but weather was not in our favor. Lake, lots of sport activities, nice veranda in the front of the resort...

Outdoor swimming pool open even that late at autumn. Large rooms.

Beautiful nature around

“It was probably the worst hotel out of 20+ places I was staying in this year.”

The hotel has two distinct advantages: - a nearby lake, - an opportunity to travel via time to the past................. ( To feel the real spirit of Socialism of late 1980, in the hotel you will find: - apartments overcrowded with 6 small single uncomfortable beds and shabby furniture (P.S. two small connected rooms in need of renovation are called as an apartment) - a medium-sized and heavily used towels (color was not identified) - a common (e.g, W+M) toilet next to the reception, where about 10 places in one room are separated by wooden partitions, - a big and modern coffee machine in the breakfast zone, which gives either hot water or instant coffee-drink (don't expect for a real espresso, latte, or cappuccino, its too costly for the host, I believe), - breakfast, which tasted like a Soviet-time sausage that was made without meat To feel a truly spirit of the past, you should not expect for: - fast internet, - air conditioning, - TV remote control in the room (but you may ask for it at the reception), - shampoo or shower gel (instead you will find a liquid soap in a 1-liter container, but not everyone would be brave enough to use it), - cleanliness in the room (when we arrived at the hotel at 5.30 pm, we found a lot of crumbs in the room, hairs on a desk, chair and bed, unwashed floor, unchanged bed sheets on one bed, and dust that was saved for last week or two).

Staff did not speak English, cleaning job was really weak. The bathroom had mold in it, floors and walls were dirty, in shower there were some old hair tie. The price was not a good value for the money. In the morning, for checking out there was nobody in front desk (after 8am).

Great location very close to Elk, right next to a lake. Although the building does not look particularly pretty, the rooms are of good standard and equipped in coffee service, tv and small fridge. Breakfast cost us 35zl and the selection was fantastic, well worth the money. All in all, very affordable stay for group of 5 and highly recommended.

Budget-friendly and hotel near beautiful lake. Good to stay overnight and maybe longer. Good transport connection.
