The place was super clean, the food was delicious with many options to choose from every day, the staff so nice you’d want to hug them. Everyone were really helpful, from the receptionists to the waiters.

It was very clean and comfortable to stay with a baby.

We booked a room with sea view and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly. We chose the hotel for our honeymoon and didn't regret at all, even received a surprise for our ocasion on check-in. Big thank you Acrotel Lilyann, we really enjoyed our stay.

The best hotel for familiy vacation! It's so comfortable for the babies, we had the most pleasent time there with our one-year old 🥰 Would recommend to everyone 👍 The staff is also the greatest!

Acrotel Lily Ann Boutique Hotel – An exceptional place for a holiday! The hotel has a wonderful location – right on the beach and close to beautiful spots in Halkidiki. The sea-view room was perfect – spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. From the balcony, we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets that made every evening special. The atmosphere of the hotel is unique – calm, cozy, and ideal for true relaxation. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, and the service is of a very high standard. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality and fulfilling vacation in Greece.

Everything, except that our room was pretty small. Otherwise, everything else was perfect -you have all that is needed for a calm and relaxing vacation at an arm’s length- cosy clean hotel, clean private beach with Crystal water and with plenty of sun-beds and umbrellas, buffet breakfast and dinner with enough choices and always one seafood option, beach bar etc. The atmosfere is relaxing and the staff is very friendly and polite, really amazing staff. What I like most is that it is a small and cozy hotel and you do not feel the fuss and rush of the big resorts. And it is beachfront with amazing sunset views. The sea is rocky but there is lots of fish to be seen.

“A nightmare masked as a boutique hotel — avoid at all costs”

Rating: 1/10 I booked two Seaside View rooms and paid in full before check-in, only to be told after payment that those rooms were not available. One room had a partial view with multiple defects, and the second was nothing short of a disaster: dirty, moldy, filled with dust and ants, and facing a fence — not a garden, as they falsely claimed. Both rooms were filthy, the bathrooms neglected, and breakfast was a sad joke: no fresh fruit, poor variety, and cats (and their fur) everywhere. Staff were dismissive, sarcastic, and unhelpful. Cleaning personnel walked into our rooms without knocking. The advertised EV charging station? Not working, despite their last-minute lies. The worst part? They charged the wrong card, causing me to lose €130 in fees, ignored multiple polite requests to correct it, then forced me to accept a €120 refund at checkout or be denied departure. I have video proof of this moment. To top it all off, they asked me to cancel my Booking.com reservation so they could avoid paying commission — a blatant violation of policy. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a calculated act of deceit. I hope Booking.com takes action and removes this hotel from the platform. Until then: stay away.

Every interaction was pleasant, and their recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area were extremely helpful. I recommend this hotel for comfort and quality service.
