The location is amazing. A mediterranean villa right on the seashore, with a green garden where you can eat figs directly from the tree, a bar, a pool, relaxation areas, a terrace overlooking the sea.

The location is amazing, the staff was welcoming and helpful, and the sunset is 100 times better than any sunset anywhere else in Greece...totally worth it, would definitely recommend and visit again next summer!

Perfect location, right by the sea with a private beach, pool perfect for children, general garden arrangement, private parking spot. Children can use the facilities of a nearby Acrotel Athena Pallas. Good WiFi. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. To sum up, place you would like to come back to.

It was not clear from the beginning where we can collect the keys, we called the number and we were informed that we need to take the keys from the big ACROTEL but there are a lot of hotels with this name around the area, so it took us again some time to figure out where we can check in.

The little things always impress! When we arrived there was a full bowl of fruit and champagne waiting for us, but what impressed us were the baby sheets and blanket, as well as food and water bowls for our dog, as well as a dog bed :) Dimitar Kitenov and his team took care of us every day. This man was like a father to us, my daughter looked forward to him every day. He took care of even the smallest details to make us happy! The place is amazing, quiet, peaceful and with a wonderful view, right on the beach. Pearl in Sithonia's crown!

The villa is in an excellent location from where you can see the most beautiful sunset. It has its own beach with crystal clear water, sunbaths and umbrella only for you. I have a shank where you can order juices, ice cream or cocktails. Nice welcome, cozy apartment, nice terrace, beautiful garden, wonderful see view and sunrise. Excellent for quite vaccation. The host, lady Dina makes your stay there very pleasant. She is very, very kind and always at your service, permanently with a smile on her face, ready to assist you for any task.

Location next to private beach. Quietness. Full scope of leisure facilities enabling peaceful relax. Shallow waterpoll ideal for kids. Amazing sea view. Kindness of the manager. You name it and they have it.

“Peaceful and stunning”

The complex is in a beautiful location within a pine forest and right on the beach. Our apartment was on the ground floor, it was nicely decorated and spacious (for a couple), and had all amenities, including a very large walk-in shower, and lovely patio. Each a apartment comes with private parking. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful, with plenty of seats to lounge on and enjoy the spectacular view. There is also a kids’ swimming pool, and direct access to the tiny but lovely private beach, each apartment comes with its own parasol and loungers. Staff is on-site 9:30-19:30 and for any request out of these hours, one can contact the resort up the road. We were attended by Eva, who was very welcoming, super attentive and lovely. We cannot recommend the place enough, and cannot wait to go back.
