Hosts were lovely, breakfast was really good, location is great with just a short walk to centre and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in going back if we are back up that way in the future.

The Pines is such a lovingly beautifully furnished Victorian house with quirky touches everywhere you looked . Our bedroom with its four poster bed was gorgeous.

This is a lovely Guest House. The owners could not do enough for me. They were interested in my reasons for travel, just in a friendly relaxed way. The breakfasts were excellent, made fresh, cooked well and burning hot. Room was very comfortable. Decor in my room was very classy, a mix of old worldly with modern facilities. Lots of quirky furniture and fittings throughout the building. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay.

Gorgeous B&B, really charming with beautifully decorated period rooms, incredibly comfortable bed and spotless throughout. Lee and Lynne (I think I have that right!) are lovely and very welcoming. It’s the nicest place I have stayed in Scotland and I’ll definitely be back next time I stay in Elgin. Highly recommended!

This is the 4th time I have stayed at The Pines and everytime I am very pleased with all aspects. Lynn and Lee are excellent hosts. The guest hosue is a 10 minute walk into Elgin town centre.

Lovely Edwardian house with many original features. Our room was very comfortable with nice bed, lovely bedding. There were two easy chairs which was a nice touch as was the coffee table. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Hopefully next time we are in Elgin, we will stay again.

A beautiful house and building, well located. Adjacent a road but our room (1) suffered zero traffic noise. A lovely large breakfast room. The room tv was ‘smart’ and well appointed. Our en suite wasn’t large, but was brand new and well appointed. Plenty of room for parking.
