Wow… such a quiet, serene location. The property is full of character and charm. The owners provide everything you need to ensure an excellent stay. There were lovely little touches awaiting our arrival, including chilli jam and a bottle of red wine.

A lovely little house that was divided to several sections. We were in a section that contained two sleeping rooms, each equipped with a shower room, a living room, and a kitchen. The house was very clean, located in a lovely countryside location, and fully equipped with everything one needs for a long stay in the countryside. Highly recommended.

An old water mill which is very quaint and has been modernised to a good standard. Very quiet and peaceful but is well situated to visit attractions in the local area. The owners live on site so if there was a problem they are there to help out.

“Fabulous stay in the Speyside area.”

This is a fabulously presented cottage from the moment you drive up to it and when you step inside. It's in a quite rural setting but also central to exploring the Speyside area. It suits 2 couples with ensuites for each room and a common lounge to relax in. The kitchen is well appointed. The feature of the old mill parts behind the display windows is a nice touch and adds to the tastefully decorated cottage.

A beautiful place to stay for either business or pleasure. Friendly owners and extremely well appointed cottage that was just right. For those like me who have grown tired of overpriced lackluster hotels in the area, this was a breath of fresh air.

We had a fabulous stay. The cottage is really well equipped and was really clean. Plenty space and some beautiful original features which make it a really unique place to stay. It's in a beautiful setting and is really close to Elgin. Andrea (and her gorgeous dogs Morgan and Ruby) was a lovely host and was really friendly and approachable. The welcome gifts were a really nice touch too. Thanks so much for an amazing stay. We have already booked to come back!
