Location and clean. Staff were accomodation when an issue was had with Internet in one room they immediately moved rooms, hot water issue was attended starlight away.

It's expensive when considering prices. Some rooms does not access wifi. Swimming pool has construct but they did not tell it.. Do not go.

“Worst of the worst ever”
We came for check in in the evening. The receptionist said she has no access to the system to check our booking because only her colleague in the morning has access to the email of booking. Com. After wasting some time to solve this she asked me to show her the booking in my email which k did. The she let us check in saying that BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. How did she know, I don't know!! We checked in and we ordered a meal from the menu at 7:15 pm. 2 hours passed without bringing the dinner to the room. We called reception (probably the same girl who did the check in) replied saying the food is coming up now. 15 minutes elapsed without anything coming up. We called again, a man replied saying he will check and get back to us which he didn't!!! After another 30 minutes, the food came being cold and awful. When we checked out in the morning, a male receptionist asked us to pay for the breakfast!!! He was rude. No one took any initiative to please us or to apologise or any efforts to compensate us for all the bad experience during the night and in the morning. Literally, THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

HjI was a trainer for Inter continental hotel, Mombasa The room cleaners were excellent and those who carried buckets of water along the rooms deserve highest respect.

Location, Friendly staff Flexible check in (arrived to Eldoret on an early flight from NBO and they allowed us to check in) and check out times ( had a late afternoon flight so needed a late check out time and the hotel was flexible) Great selection of meals starting from breakfast

“Confortable oasis in Eldoret crowdy center”
Personnel was really nice, the facilities are great, room and bed was very confortable. I would be keen to come back there once again.

I did not stay there as they told me they had no room for me despite getting a confirmation from booking.com. I did not even get an email to say there was no room from them or booking.com As soon as I arrived the staff just shouted at me saying NO ROOM go away. I asked for manager and she explained they were full cause they took up a big group of safari company employees. I had to leave and start looking for transport and accommodation and call my clients to come and see me at the new location.
