The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cosy. Hot running water even in the taps. The place is in a quiet serine neighbourhood. Not far from Eldoret town.

Beautiful gardens and lovely clean room. Also, our bus was extremely delayed into the early hours of the morning and the staff arranged a taxi for us to pick us up from the bus stop and made us feel very reassured and safe! Thanks so much!

I made a confirmed booking, and after driving 3 hours to reach the property, I arrived at the town and no one was there to receive me. I received no instructions, no access info, no message from the host. I tried calling and messaging the host multiple times with no reply. Only when I was 1 minute away, he called to say the place is actually busy and he cannot host me which is completely unacceptable. Then he is asking me to cancel the booking, but this is not my fault. I shouldn’t be the one to cancel, as that would affect my account and make me responsible for a situation I didn’t cause. I also have proof of this conversation with the host, where he admits the place is occupied and that he didn’t answer because there was a “function”. I’m happy to share screenshots if needed.
