“Nice stay, will come again when in Eldoret.”
Room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. When the Internet via WiFi wasn't working they brought a physical cable within 5 minutes and everything was up and running. Breakfast is good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall I had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional. However, the pillows were quite hard and not very comfortable. I would kindly suggest improving the quality of the pillows for a better sleeping experience. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. Thank you.

Loud music and noise on Saturday night past 10 p.m. from the 8th floor. This lasted until Sunday morning at around 3 a.m.
