- super friendliness of the owner (possibility to store suitcases before check-in) - clean and spacious apartment, fully equipped (dishwasher and washing machine), comfortable - kitchen: utensils including cooking ingredients (spices + oil) and free coffee/tea - bathroom: towels including basic toiletries (shampoo, shower gel)
