“Where is my refund”
The Hotel was closed and locked up - I rang the given numbers and there was no reply? However they did take my money and have not refunded it to date (3months) I did get a call from someone about 40 mins after I had left. I was travelling with a Diabetic so we needed to find food and accommodation.
