The messaging, email and phone assistance was excellent, and all my questions were answered in due time. Checking in with a code at 2 am might have seemed challenging, but it worked perfectly, and I got to my room without any problems.

“A new renovated hotel in an older building near city center”

Good location near tram and bus stops. Lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Exceptionally plentiful and tasty breakfast. Our suite was spacious with a separate bedroom, which is nice if you want to watch TV at night, without disturbing each other. Lots of TV channels, so I could find news in English. Larger bathroom than usual. There is also a mirror in the living room, so you could do your hair and make-up at the same time without waiting for each other in the morning. Fridge, kettle etc. in the room. The whole hotel was very clean and had welcoming staff.

“A nice place to stay”

A nice hotel in the heart of the Old Town, very clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was a bit different from the usual, but the selection was wide enough and the food delicious. Good sound insulation, didn't hear the neighbours at all. No key-cards, just an access code which admits you as well to the lobby (after 10.00 pm) as your room.

The location was right in the middle of the old town, lot of different places to eat and drink. You didn't need to worry about handing back keys or a key card as the rooms opened by a keypad, the code are sent to you on the day of arrival. Breakfast service was nice and good choice of food.

The location of the hotel is perfect at the entry to the Old Town that is very interesting Hansa style unfortunately damaged during the WWII. Parking has been quite good at the public parking lot next to the hotel. Breakfast was very good, indeed plus staff friendly.
