Shtepia Tradites was a perfect choice for a cozy and peaceful stay in Gjinar. Near the center of the village where the restaurants and markets are. Surrounded by beautiful nature and spacious for groups, large families. The house had all the necessary amenities, comfortable bed and sheets and spotless clean. Would definitely visit again in the future. 10/10!

We stayed at Shtëpia e Traditës in Gjinar for one night and really enjoyed it. The place is cozy and peaceful, with a beautiful outdoor area where we had a great BBQ. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hosts were welcoming. Perfect for relaxing with friends and enjoying nature. Would definitely return!

The rooms are warm, clean, and inviting, with charming wooden details that give it a rustic feel. In winter, it’s a dream—imagine sipping tea by the fire or wine with amazing landscape. Every season is ideal for hiking, exploring, or simply relaxing in nature. The hosts make the experience even better with their kindness and hospitality. They prepare the fireplace for us.

AMAZING VIEW. Seriously amazing place to relax and watch the sunset. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor were awesome. The house offers all the facilities both for short and long term stays. It is an accommodation that you can visit at any time of the year, which also offers excursions in the forest and fantastic meals in the villages restaurants.The host was available, friendly and ready to help.

“A wonderful villa near the forest of Gjinar”

If you want to spend a few days near the mountain in Gjinar, this villa is the right choice. Warm environment with fireplace and central heating. The interior design is based on wood and equipped with everything you need. Armand, the owner, was waiting for us, and had lit the fireplace, he was very helpful for everything we needed. The outdoor area was nicely arranged and equipped with a barbeque. The view from the villa is wonderful. The nearest restaurant is 5 minutes by car. You can order food and have it delivered to the villa. A walk in the forest is a must. For those who love the mountain, climbing to the top of Bukanik is the best solution.
