“Perfect”
We would definitely return to The Hotel Monarch Rruga Rinia 13, Elbasan, Albania. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The hotel was spotless, modern and very comfortable. Our room was beautiful with a massive ensuite bathroom. We loved the roof top restaurant with its wonderful views and although vegan food was not listed on the menu, the lovely person doing breakfast service was able to provide a delicious breakfast for us. This Hotel was perfectly situated, such short, easy, walking to bars, restaurants, tourist sights and the Football Stadium. 100% recommend. Thanks to all the staff

“In the right location , staff a God send and beautiful room”
Great ! very helpful staff(Even informed me about local places to visit , traditional eateries etc .The rooftop cafe has a beautiful view of the mountains . The rooms are absolutely clean spick and span . Nothing to fault it really.

Great location, great parking, comfortable and quiet room, staff friendly and welcoming and happy to help us with any request. The rooftop bar and breakfast area is a beautiful place. The breakfast was delicious and lots of options.

“Gorgeous amenities, but 100€ was stolen”
I really like this hotel, it was our second time staying and the rooms are very modern, great functioning AC, everything is uncomplicated, breakfast on the rooftop is minimal but lovely location. Sadly this time 100€ was stolen from a zipped jacket pocket, we informed the reception but they said they never had any issues with that so they won't be looking into it, note there is no safe to leave important items. This happened in the only room which was cleaned. A real pity since it is a lot of money and they didn't do anything

“Small modern Hotel, very much enjoyed the stay”
The stay was great, everything was uncomplicated, great area, gorgeous Kaffee on the roof. The rooms are very spacious some are renovated beautifully, very modern. It is on a main road, but when the windows are closed you barely hear anything. We very much enjoyed our stay here. behind the hotel there is also parking space.

The Hotel was really nice and stood up to 4 star and well run. Staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful The room was cleaned every day.

Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation, in a pretty hotel located in the center of Elbasan, with guarded parking. All the staff was nice. A special thank you to the manager of the hotel: she really listens and takes care of the customers and she is always available to help and meet expectations.
