Gorgeous place! Chilled environment, well equipped kitchen, other guests were lovely, near to everything and the pool is fab.

The kitchen was well equipped, the area is spacious and there are nice hammocks to chill out.

OK, this is a hard review to complete because of the circumstances during my stay. The pool was being renovated. As a result, it was noisy and dusty. Therefore, I can't comment on what it would normally be like with its of things. I do like to point out that the owners did everything that they could to ensure I had a comfortable stay considering. For that, I am very grateful. The location is great and they provided lots of recommendations where to eat etc . I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to see what it is really like.

Perfect spot further from the noise but still very close to the beach. Most welcoming and helpful hosts we’ve had in El Salvador. The pool was great.

Amazing stay !! Had a great room with two large beds and aircon. The room also had a tv with Netflix which was a great plus!! Wifi signal was strong. Communal kitchen is very useful. Will definitely be returning :)

“My friend and I came to surf and chill!”

Loved the hammocks, the pool and the kitchen! the kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and lunch so we didn’t have to eat at restaurants every day. Also Elizabeth and Dan were awesome! They helped us a lot with recommendations and with anything else we needed!

Awesome spot right by the beach in El Zonte. It was quiet and so nice to relax by the pool In between surfing. 100% reccomend this place

A very comfortable place to stay. Very friendly, helpful hosts. Lovely pool with lots of comfortable seating and a large open area with hammocks and a well equipped kitchen. We had the room without aircon and with the fans we were absolutely fine. The room was spacious and had its own small kitchen area.

Elizabeth and Dan went above and beyond for us they were amazing. We loved the great big pool, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms , a great location close to restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. It was our second time in El Salvador, so we were familiar with the noises early in the morning. So if you are a light sleeper, I suggest ear plugs. It doesn't bother us, though. We hope to return.

If I could give this place an 11 out of 10 I would. Straight from booking in, Elisabeth contacted me to see if she could help with any transport or if we needed any information. Throughout our stay her and the owner Dan were incredibly kind and always around to help. The accommodation itself is in a lovely spot away from any noise in the centre. The beds are very comfy and the pool is great. The kitchen is very well equipped. WiFi speeds are excellent and I was easily able to upload a 20 minute video to YouTube in under 10 minutes. Highly recommended for a quiet stay on the coast.

“Excellent place!”

We had an awesome stay! My partner and I stayed 5 nights at Lote44 and it could not have been a better choice! Lote44 is conveniently locates just 5 min walk from the beach and surf spots, also close to places to eat in El Zonte. The hotel has big space with garden and palmtrees, common areas to relax and hang out, and a nice&clean swimming pool. There is also a shared kitchen very well equipped and also very clean. Our room was very comfortable, with tv (we didn't use) and aircon. During our stay I was working online and it worked perfectly fine, there was a desk and more options where I could sit to work for several hours a day, and Wifi worked pretty well! This place is well maintained and the atmosphere at this guesthouse was super nice, very welcoming and friendly people we met here. A big thanks to Elisabeth, the host, as she is very helpful and she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. :) We really enjoyed our time here, we felt at home. Thanks and if we ever come back to El Salvador, we'll definitely stay here!
