“Great venue!”

Location is amazing! Right on the beach and the last building of the street so very quiet too. All the aesthetic, details are great! Also good food! The rooftop is a must and props to the warm shower! Thank you to Santiago from the staff, he was really nice!

Loved our stay here. Nestled in the trees we had a view of the beach and waves breaking where we could watch the surf. Hammocks super comfy in shaded areas and a pool for cooling off. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. Warm showers and aircon which is I think pretty unusual in El transito.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway and we really liked it. The hotel is right in front of the beach and it's super quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The sunsets are amazing and the whole place feels peaceful. The staff was nice and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a fan and good Wi-Fi. The breakfast was included and it was fresh and tasty. We also tried some of the smoothies - really qood (no soft drinks) Hotel it has everything you need to relax and disconnect. We're Nicaraguan and it's not always easy to find a place like this close to home. Definitely recommended.

I stayed at Alive Beach House for a few nights with my husband. The location is perfect — right on the beach, very quiet, and not crowded. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and relaxed. We joined the morning yoga classes at a very affordable price and it was really enjoyable. The food at the hotel was also good — fresh and healthy, with vegetarian and vegan options. If you want to relax and disconnect from the busy world, this is a great place. It’s simple but well organized, and we felt really comfortable the whole time

Awesome staff, location and breakfast options after a surf! Everyone had a smile and was super friendly. Right in front of the waves and awesome pool with cold beers!

I had an amazing stay. The staff was very polite and always ready to help. The hotel rooms were very clean and so was the shared space. Really enjoyed my time at their nice pool. The overall vibe of the hotel is one not to miss!

Cute small hotel with a beautiful location. The personnel is great, very friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views. The pool is also a great place to refresh from the day heat and watch the sunset.

“Beautiful spot, great service”

Beautiful place to enjoy some beachfront luxury, very chill atmosphere, lots of relaxing spots to enjoy some quiet time. Beach and waves are perfect for surfing beginners. The staff were kind in letting us hang out for a few extra hours after checkout as we had a late evening flight.

“Small clean paradise with beach and rocks”

It is quite a new hotel with amazing massive hard wooden furniture, yet the garden is green, everything worked fine and was clean. Right in front of the beach's southern end. They don't have a parking, but will accomodate some cars in the entrance. You can also park on the roads outside, or at a paid parking 300m away. My room didn't have A/C, but it had a quiet ceiling fan, plus good mosquito meshes on doors and windows. Food and drinks were unexpensive for the setting, and they did'nt charge the usual 10% "volontary tip" up-front. The two young managers do a good job at organizing everything. I had my 1st surf class there, they even had some appropiate clothing for me.

Pleasant enough place but felt overpriced to me (based on my 4 years of experience living here in Nica).

The location was fantastic and clean. The restaurant was close!. The bar offert a minimun. Room extrêmement hot. To expensive for the service we receive.

Alive is perfectly located at beach in front of the surf spot. The stuff is super friendly & helpful with everything.

“Relaxing surf and yoga vacation”

We loved everything about Alive Beach House! The staff were so friendly. The food and drinks were delicious. The menu was nutritious and incorporated local ingredients. We also loved relaxing in the breezy common areas between surfing and yoga sessions. We would love to go back some day!
