We are experienced travelers and have stayed in many apartments and hotels over the years, so we clearly understand what proper customer service should look like. Unfortunately, this was the worst service experience we have ever had. Overall, the apartment itself was acceptable, but considering that we stayed during peak season, when prices were at their highest, we felt that the price was significantly higher than the quality provided. Perhaps in the off-season the value might be more reasonable, but based on our experience, the current price did not match the quality. Most of the negative reviews about this property turned out to be true, especially regarding the parking. We specifically chose these apartments because covered parking was important to us. However, the parking situation is extremely difficult — the entrance is very narrow, the spaces are tight, and parking is very stressful. During our stay, another car partially occupied our assigned parking space, making it almost impossible for us to park. We approached the reception staff and politely asked for help. All we expected was that they would identify the neighbor responsible for the space and contact them to move their car so that we could use our assigned spot. Instead of helping, the staff showed clear unwillingness to assist and offered no real solution. We were told that they could simply refund the parking fee and that we should park “wherever we want.” This response, combined with their unfriendly attitude and visible irritation, was extremely disappointing. In all our travel experience, we have never encountered such rude and dismissive behavior from service staff. For us, this was the most negative part of the stay and the main reason why we would never return to these apartments or recommend them to others. Good customer service is essential in hospitality, and unfortunately, this property demonstrated the opposite.
