“Horrible.”
I was never given the address of the reception and when I finally found it after looking for it for an hour the key box did not have an envelope with my name on it. After calling to the customer service and waiting for a half an hour I was told to take the keys for a spare apartment. When arriving to the apartment the toilet floor was full of hair, all sheets were dirty and the antenna cable for the TV was broken. Also we were not provided with the wifi password. We came to Andorra to ski so we went to Grandvalira as soon as it opened on the next morning. In the evening I went to check-in in the reception and told them about how unsatisfied we were with the apartment but they said that if we made the complaint in the morning then something could have been done but as it was 6pm they weren't able to do anything. I was very unsatisfied and the receptionist promised to talk to her manager and get back to me but she never did.

“Very disappointing”
The arrival. No reception at the adress provided and no information posted about where to find the reception (about 1.5 kms away) to pick up the keys. The bed was also very uncomfortable, basically as hard as the hiking mattress I had been sleeping on the 4 preceding nights.
