Loved the Food !!! Amazing dinner and breakfast . Fantastic view from the restaurant and the pool was good . Loved all the docks on the lake . Lake was great to swim in .

The location was simply perfect! The lake was beautiful for swimming. Very relaxing atmosphere. Nice design of the hotel; well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable, but the rooms a bit dark. Very quite despite busy Eastern season. Trip to Tikal was good! Massage as well!

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially bringing ice regularly for my husband’s sore foot which we really appreciated. The setting in nature is beautiful and peaceful. We loved being able to use the kayaks, see and hear wildlife, pat the sweet Labrador and the food was honestly exceptional.

Beautiful location, friendly staff! We enjoyed hanging out there after our daytime excursions and could have easily stayed longer! Great areas to relax, swim, rent a kayak or paddle board. They offer tours to the different Mayan sites, transport and other activities. We would happily come back!

Gorgeous location overlooking the lake and with great layout for pool and docks to swim in the lake. Food and service was wonderful.

“Wonderful”

Wonderful place, all staff was very fun kind professional and helpful, delicious 3-course meals and drinks included, offer great tours, all of this for good prices. Our driver Byron made our trip to tikal and back to flores as smooth as possible. He was a pleasant person (and driving style) to be around. And we had the best travel experience during our stay in Guatemala (you probably know by now that the rides here can be rough). The tikal guide that Gringo Perdido arranged was also very fun and skilled in his profession, Ariel. We loved the swim and chill spots. Kayaking during sunset is a big must do. Super comfy rooms and daily house keeping. Also, they have a cute dog called Lola.

The connection to the lake for swimming and nature and great views, yummy meals with dinner and breakfast included, friendly staff and animals, access to yoga shala, bikes, transfer from Flores and to Tikal. They packed us a delicious lunch for our Tikal visit and for early departure.

It was a wonderful place to visit! I love the simple jungle beauty and outdoor living.

“The highlight of our trip”

Charming and chill location with nice options to swim in the lake. There are a few rafts that you can swim between and sunbathe on. Also plenty of areas with comfortable seating to relax around. Staff was helpful arranging stuff and the restaurant was very nice. We wished we had stayed more.

Great breakfast, phenomenal view, the entire lake access and all leisure facilities were great. Lunch was tasty, even though a little pricy.
