“great facilities, weird experience”
the location by the beach and the apartment was nice and well equipped. overall the facilities connected to the apartment (pool, restaurant,..) were also very good

“Stunning new suite and resort on the Panamanian Pacific!”
OMGosh! This place was BeAuTiFuL! The suite was spacious and lovely and the out-view was of both the palm trees and pool area AND the sea and pelicans diving and surfers surfing. The kitchen was well outfitted and the balcony so nice to sit out on. It was a very short walk to the restaurants: the hotel ones and the surf shack in the other direction. We were there just 3 days but very much loved it. There was a new gym available and outdoor games: large chess and billiards. So glad the owner makes the place available!

“Overall, great location and good food!”
Once we found the place, it was a beautiful location, our room had a great view of the ocean, and it was easy to walk to the restaurant and the market. The food was also quite tasty (breakfast/dinner)!

The apartment never have wifi one aircondidtiin didn't work the staff never text or help me with that. The place was nice but service and help not.

We were double booked what we only found out a day before we would have arrived when we were asking for the details of arrival. Not the slightest attempt to solve something. We then were pushed to cancel ourselves (allegedly because otherwise Booking.com would charge us). Nobody could explain why they couldnt cancel from thier side. Seems like a big scam so I would advise to not consider them when booking at Playa Caracol.
