“Nice apartment but some issues need addressing.”
Nice modern apartment in a good location and views across to the sea and mountains. Spotlessly clean and whole area around the apartments well kept. Nice touch is recycling bins provided though not all guests used them correctly! Jose very helpful and accessing the accomodation was easy. Cleaning staff very pleasant and often around. We had a linen change and clean halfway through our stay.

“very nice apartment in a beautiful location”
very nice and large apartment with a wonderful rooftop seating area with a beautiful view. TV received films in German and English and kitchen was set up well. Host left us a nice welcome package with wine and snacks. Host also got in contact with us well in advance and gave us clear detailed instructions on how to find the apartment. Free washing machine on site was a big plus

Excellent location for exploring the island. Lovely views. Spotlessly clean. Excellent communication with owner. Has everything you would need. Pool clean, lovely roof terrace, good range of cooking equipment.

“Modern apartment, nice views, good location !”
Lovely apartament situated on the hills of El Paso, with wonderful views of the ocean and Cumbre Viejo. The apartament was located at 1st floor, small balcony and access to the top terracce, shared with the other apartments. Apartments are new, well equipped, we found everything we needed - towels, liquid soap, dish soap, trash bags. Supermarket are 2 mins drive and closes beach - Tazacorte - 10 min drive.

“Amazing, spotless and super friendly host.”
Spotless, everything was clean and in good state. Airconditioning in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen with basic essentials like seasoning etc., laundry room with detergents available. Welcome package was lovely too. The host did everything they could to set us up for a great holiday; clear, fast and friendly communication.

Pros: - location - a bit remote (therefore quiet and peaceful), yet very close to the cities such as LLanos; good, central spot for travelling around the island and its most interesting attractions (still - car is a must-have) - cleanliness - no bugs, no dust, nada - hospitality and proper communication (helpfulness, welcome gift, attention to details such as Christmas accents, etc.) - it had the most important amenities (not all, though) - rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable - ideal for 2+2 family - amazing view from the rooftop terrace, where you can sit, relax or even grill (or you can just use your own terrace) - parking just next to the entrance We had a lovely stay in general :)

“Amazing apartment in the center of the island”
Really nice and modern apartment in the center of the island. Very well equipped. Amazing views during day, sunset and night (magical stars viewing). Very spacious. Nice welcome presents. They offer plenty of different pillows so its easy to adjust to your taste. Very comfy bed with feather pillows and duvet. The apartment exceed all the expectations. Host will go the extra mile to enjoy your stay there. Solar energy. Nice chill out area on rooftop. only 4 apartments with parking space for each one.
