Its a real surf / beach type of place with a modern splash about it. Close proximity to everything and the ac was very good.

The Hostal is really good located: next to the beach but really quite in the evenings so you can sleep very well. The hostel is really clean, the kitchen is well equipped, all kitchen equipment is in good condition. The rooms have an AC and the furniture seems to be new.

The place is overall clean, and the bed are nice (curtains and place to put some of your things). Water and kitchen area available. Nice staff (though only present in the morning- not all day around). Calm vibe.

“One night in El Paredón”

We're able to check in early, host was very helpful. Everything. Was very clean and lovely setting. Very close to the beach. Would stay again.

Josephina was so so helpful. We communicated via google translate (!) but she booked me a shuttle to the lake and tuktuks to places I wanted to go. Macarena is paradise… beautiful beach huts perfect for a solo/close friends/couple. It is peaceful and minutes away from the beach. The beds had mozzy nets and two big fans, I slept very well!

Firstly, the space was so, so beautiful with much attention to detail. The room was a good size and the mosquito net very useful. The hammock hang out area was an ideal addition and the focus on creating a quiet and tranquil space was much appreciated. Location wise it was perfect with the beach just a minute away and places to eat and drink just a stones throw away. The staff was very kind and communicative and the vibe here was just perfect. Will stay again!

The experience of staying in a hut, it was an easy stay. The host Rodrigo was very cool.

One of the closest places to the beach, just a couple minutes walk! The co-owner (Alejandro? Sorry I forgot!) is lovely and surfs too, free water, dorm beds are clean and have mosquito nets and fans, privacy wall between each bed, outdoorsy refreshing showers and toilets, quite natural feeling, there’s a fridge but no kitchen, terrace with hammocks upstairs and you get a free coffee from the cafe below the dormitory. Felt quite safe too as gate has a code. Surfboard rack was great for keeping my board out of the sun

“Relaxing and beautiful”

Beautiful tipis by the sea, everything is accessible from here. They have a nice common area with hammocks which is relaxing.

Location is perfect, just 2 minutes to the beach and near all the nice restaurants and bars. The airco was a plus. And it was a spacious room.

Super close to the beach, cute bungalows and even dorm provided good amount of privacy as the beds are separate by a wooden/bamboo dividers. Plus there’s mosquizo nets on the dorm beds. There’s plenty of bathrooms and showers, all clean. And cute upstairs area with hammocks- one of the rooms all covered so is in shade an even ideal for yoga, chill, etc. My checkin was smooth, was given some great recommendations on the area proactively. Next to the place is a small cafe with lovely owners, and everything else truly nearby ( eg surfshop rental, surflessons place) .
