Fantastic apartment opposite the beach. Big, light, airy open kitchen that stayed cool even when the deliciously hot Spanish sun was blazing. Sunny patio area to sit in, too. Really clean, well-equipped, lovely and quiet and a really comfortable bed with good linens. Theresa is great - friendly, funny, approachable and the perfect host. We loved the place.

Good location and price

The location of the property is the best in El Palmar. The hostess Theresse is super nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything working well. 10/10 would recommend and we’ll be returning for sure.

We had a great stay here, Teresa is a friendly host and the apartment is very well equipped. There is an amazing warm outdoor shower (as well as indoor bathroom) which was a nice touch on cold surf days. The location is excellent and there is a nice outside area to sit and relax.

Teresa is a wonderful host and we loved to stay at her place near the main area of El Palmar. The appartement is a simple location where you get everything you need.

Teresa was always responsive and friendly. She gave us good recommendations about El Palmar. The place we stayed was clean and only 50m from the El Palmar Beach. Even though we went in October, there were mosquitoes, but apart from that, we had a very good week. I definitely recommend it. :)

The property was clean the host was very accommodating... and you only had to ask and she would answer straight away ... would recommend...lovely p.ace to relax

The house for the price ( although is low season) and the location is fine. The mattress is not comfortable at all and the cleaning can be improved. The problem was the landlady : very fake behavior and she pretends to be a chilled person but she is very stressed out and shouted on me horrible stuff.

The place is in an absolutely magnificient location, right in front of the beach. I had a whole porcch to myself which was very nice. Teresa helped with any information needed. It was a a pleasure to meet her and have chats. An authentic experience away from touristy hotels.

Very nice location for a quick escape, very close to the surfspots, 2min the next supermarket, 5 min from the cafebars and restaurants. Well equipped kitchenette, outdoor shower for after the surf, and Teresa the host, is super friendly and helpful. Will be back :)

Very nice host, good location and great value for money. Of you bring or rent a surfboard, there is also an outside shower which is very practical!
