Overview
This small apartment block is situated near the swimming pool within the Campsite just 10 minutes’ walk from El Palmar Beach, in western Andalucia. The small complex has a large seasonal outdoor swimming pool surrounded by attractive gardens. Apartaments Camping El Palmar all have a lounge-dining area with a flat-screen TV. They also have a small fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and a private bathroom with shower. Guests must bring their own towel, and will have bedding in the accommodation. The apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa which opens out into a double bed in the lounge. The gardens are filled with acacias and mimosa plants, and surrounded by a hedge of cypress. There is a small seasonal supermarket. The restaurant, is open during the weekends and daily during high season.

We were probably very lucky that our pre-booked mobile house in different camping of this area got cancelled (maybe due to the storm it had passed 2 nights before we arrived, maybe due to the off-season laziness). We had arranged a ground floor apartement in this camping quickly instead. It shown up as a great descision. Everything went smooth, the place was clean, just our size for 2 with 2 kids. The restaurant was closed that night and next morning, but we arrived with some food which we just prepared in the kitchen easily. We didn’t expected more, even there were some shops opened around anyway. It might be little tricky with hot water for those who are not fully friendly with gas bottles, i didn’t find it as a problem but I’m sure the personnel would had been helpful.
