The room overall was so spacious! Also the bathroom. They also have their own first aid kid which was very useful for us. They tourist book also is very useful!

We loved the location it was amazing and bike rental next door. Breakfast was amazing and staff were so lovely and friendly.

Very spacious and clean room with modern interior. It is a bit outside the center which makes is nice and calm compared to el Nido town. There is a scooter rental next door which is perfect

Overall, the hotel is lovely. There are only four rooms, which are big, with comfortable big bed and pillows, and a very tasteful decor. Air con works well, there is a free supply of filtered water, and the area, Caalan, is much more authentic and quieter than the touristic centre of El Nido - we didn't mind it being a little harder to get to. Reception kindly kept our bags for two nights when we travelled elsewhere and returned for a final night at Serenity. Staff was generally kind and polite.

The property is pretty in aesthetics and staff is really good, however it is not really worth for the money. It is a tiny space and the location is secluded when the high tide comes. So this makes the entire stay a bit uncomfortable.

The staff were Amazing Sam was the best he went above and beyond to help us and guide us in every way he could , he even stayed back one night from his shift to tell us something. Sam made us want to come back .

We really liked the welcome we received, not the reception desk. The lady was very friendly. The room was well-equipped and nicely decorated. I recommend it for one night. We stayed here the night before our departure to be close to the airport.

Nice property with beautiful rooms. Nice tranquil terrace for every room. Great breakfast available, we would reccomend. Located in a very quiet area, approximately 15 minutes from town. You can walk to an ok beach in 2 minutes, or walk 20min to where the tours start. We booked a van to PPS with them which was ok.

“Cute little stay!!”

The property was very cute!! Nice sized room, comfortable bed, refillable drinking water, very good air conditioning, very clean and in a gorgeous location in a little village just outside of El Nido centre. The walk to the centre is beautiful and only takes 10 minutes!! Housekeeping isn’t automatically done but they asked every day if we wanted our room cleaning. And on check in, the guy on reception informed us of the drinking water/ ice regulations in El Nido which was really appreciated as a British traveller.
