“Everything handled before we even had to ask”

The villa has a WhatsApp group. Any question, just message, and the staff respond quickly. You can also order food to the room through it. The whole stay ran very smoothly. Check-in was fast, just a short wait while they carried our bags from the drop-off point through the beach, which is no small thing for them. When we got into the room the TV already had our names on it, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, bedside lights on both sides. The bungalow rooms are small so there’s no desk inside. If you need to work, the restaurant is the only option, but it’s a walk. The bathroom has an automatic washlet. Hot water was sometimes lukewarm, but in this weather it didn’t bother me much. Every day started with the sea and ended with the sea. Hard to complain about that.

The wooden interior design is very tasteful and cozy. It makes you feel at home.

Simply exceptional. Enjoy the entirety of Nacpan Beach. Serene, peaceful location, villas are meticulously kept and have very modern, new facilities and finishings. The staff were beyond helpful, and deliver excellent service with a smile - they really are your biggest asset! Thank you for making our stay so easy.

The property was beautiful, directly on the beach, with stunning sunset views. True to the pictures. Very well maintainef. Beautiful vegetation, too. The staff is very kind and helpful and arranged a very cute set-up for my partner’s birthday.

Location, location, location! Beach front location bordering on a wide beach of white powdery sand and turquoise sea. The staff were awesome and went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday. We were woken just before 6am to watch the resort release 60-70 newly hatched sea turtles - a sight to be remembered. The resort supports conservation efforts and community projects, funding turtle hatchery and desexing the local dog population - both worthwhile causes.

I loved the spacious villas, the beautifully clean bathrooms on both levels, the great restaurant with plenty of menu variety, and the fun cocktail hour. The staff were wonderfully accommodating and quick to respond to our messages, the private beach was a highlight, and the morning yoga sessions were a lovely touch.

Everything was just perfect!

Wonderful beach, if you go on the right side of the beach there are only 2 or 3 hotels after this one to enjoy a pristine 2-3 km beach (worth the walk/run!) The personnel was really nice and helpful, building a WhatsApp group to make all communication and/or orders fluid. Really good to spend 2 nights before travelling elsewhere in El Nido. Travelling to Nacpan Beach on a day trip would prevent enjoying this uncrowded beach and beautiful sunrise/sunset. Perfect to travel with young kids.
