“Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth it!”

Our experience at this hotel in El Nido was far from enjoyable. First off, there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, which is incredibly inconvenient. After a long day of tours and traveling, the last thing you want to do is walk to a designated area just to get internet access. Total hassle. The breakfast was also terrible—nothing like what you'd expect or hope for. We were shocked to find out that it was just a complimentary meal with very unusual and unappetizing options. There was no clear notice about this beforehand, and it felt misleading. Overall, not worth it. Definitely would not recommend. Just adjust your budget for a much more comfortable stay in El Nido

Quadruple Rooms are big enough for us big people for 2 (chose quadru room if your big, double room is more likely to be small enough). Very accommodating staff. Thank you La Casa!

Unfortunately the first bad review we've felt we needed to leave in 3 months of travelling in South East Asia. The rooms were fine and generally confortable although the taps and water had a sewage smell and there were ants in the bed and on the walls. We are used to putting up with the odd thing for cheap accommodation (which this wasn't!) but unfortunately the rudeness of staff was the worst we have experienced. Staff were laughing at guests behind their backs and even at times to their faces, assuming that because guests cannot understand what they are saying they do not realise they are being rude. Additionally, we asked them to refill the water tank and the staff walked away and did not return. We unfortunately broke a glass because it was placed in an unhelpful position, did the honest thing and were immediately asked for our room number to be charged 100 pesos before the man said anything else. Such a shame because the hotel could be lovely but it was a very unpleasant stay due to being made to feel very unwelcome by the staff. The 'Filipino hospitality' apparently expressed in the breakfast consists of plain toast and black coffee which we found funny but also frankly insulting to other Filipinos we have met who have shown the real genuine Filipino hospitality which goes far beyond a piece of dry bread. Additionally, surroundings are a building site. WiFi doesn't work except temperamentally in lobby. Pool water is dirty - I wouldn't advise to go near it. Shower was always cold. For this price, not worth it at all.

I like everything apart from noise coming from the water pipe. Also wifi is not accessible in the room.
