Miniloc has exceeded expectations in all areas - from airport to airport! The WOW-factor is at 10 because we felt soooo taken cared of from pick up at airport - with special VIP lounge to the warm welcome with songs and snacks , to the very personal greetings of their staff all up to the end - EXCELLENT SERVICE WAS CONSISTENT! Paying full board is so well worth it since it includes all the excursions in the big and small lagoons among others. THE SNORKLING AREA BY MINILOC'S IS D'BEST! We will definitley come back! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

The friendly tour guide and great service made our experience even better, making the trip even more enjoyable. note：In there they can't break large bills. It's better to have smaller bills and coins ready.

Although the AirSwift plane was 1 hour late arriving at 4:30 pm, the transfer was still taken care of by Ruel. It felt like a James Bond movie: from the plane into the van driving onto the jetty directly to the speed boat that took us to the island in only 20 min … just in time before night fall, which is when the coast guard wouldn’t allow any boat ride anymore. The full board catering was fantastic, both in terms of Filipino and Western food. The waiters and cooks were fabulous living up to the wonderful Filipino philosophy of bayanihan … doing everything to make you happy, not because they’re staff, but because one genuinely feels that they are happy if the guest is happy. There was not one angry soul in this place!! As a lover of Filipino food, I didn’t need to request the food I like … they read it in my eyes (pinakbet, kamote cue etc). The following stood out in particular: Vergel, Ricky, Chai, Jess, Alfonso, Fhee, John, Vern. As to the complimentary activities: We were overwhelmed with what was already included in the package. Two guides stood out: Reylan and Marlon bent over backwards for me to get the best snorkeling experience and gently took care of my Asawa, Edna, who - thanks to them - is no longer afraid of the water and the ocean. In summary: job well done from the cleaners to the waiters/cooks to the tour guides to the receptionists (Kath & Kath and Jess) and lastly the wonderful manager Francis.

Beautiful hotel and location. Free tours available to the small and big lagoons, which due to the proximity arrive before all the remaining tourists arrive, giving a real private experience. Excellent food and facilities. Overall great and friendly staff. We arrived at 09:00 and were allowed to check in to a room straight away (even though ours wasn’t ready yet, we were given another one until ours was ready)

We ABSOLUTELY loved this place! Even tried to change our flights so we could stay longer!!! Staff were soooo good!!! The warmest people! The snorkelling just off the pier was out of this world! I swam with a turtle!!!!!!!!! Worth getting up for the 6am kayak to the big lagoon!

It's the ultimate island vacation one could ever hope for. I liked how we didn't have to worry about anything once we stepped off the airplane in El Nido. I also liked how they made it all-inclusive with the booking—meals, transport arrangements, and island activities. This will definitely not be our last!

Honestly, one of the best experiences I ever had. Great place for snorkelling, beautiful corals and sea life. Staff were just amazing, nothing to complain. We felt welcome and taken care of constantly. Even more expensive hotels in Maldives cannot compare in hospitality. Even though I got stung by a wasp on my last day, the doctor was very professional, spoke perfect English and took care of me. 10/10 would recommend and definitely come back

Amazing location, and incredible staff made this a wonderful place to stay! The activities offered make each day an adventure. We travelled with our 6 year old and it was a great place to stay with kids, with games and activities for them to do, plus the staff were excellent with her. Highly recommend!

OMG the best holiday ever! The resort is amazing, staff incredible, no detail missed, including airport lounges! The inclusive activities are next level and OMG the hotel reef is the absolute best! Better than Fiji and great barrier!! Will definitely be returning

Had an amazing stay at Miniloc. Beautiful resort with lovely, warm and helpful staff. Best thing are the activities and proximity to the best sites in El Nido.

Amazing service. We missed our first night due to international flights issue and the hotel was extremely helpful. The hotel also offers a lot of complimentary excursions / activities and they are all worth it! The rooms are nice as well. The location could not be more perfect as it is right next to the big lagoon! and you can kayak there for sunrise and literally be on your own!

Amazing location, very beautiful island and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious and varied and the staff very friendly and helpful. We loved that they provided tours to Big lagoon and small lagoon during the times when no other tours are there.
