Fabulous resort. We both loved our stay here and would definitely visit again if we were in El Nido. The pool area was lovely and a great view from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We saw a canvas painting we liked of a Palawan Hornbill (having seen one on one of our island hopping tours) and fell in love with it and the manager/owner kindly agreed to sell it to us! Thank you so much, this made our stay extra special. Only a short tuk tuk ride into the centre (100 pesos) and plenty of little restaurants close by.

The resort is surrounded by gorgeous green nature. The pool is beautiful with comfortable sunbeds and the bar right in front. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It offers a wide array of massages. The restaurant is also really good with lots of options!

“Comfortable stay in El Nido”

The Resort is really a gem (with the exception of the pavement color of the swimming pool :) but it does not create any issues): we really loved the huge room, comfortable bed, the patio of our room partially hidden by the greens (we were at the ground floor). We liked the food at the restaurant and the possibility to use the swimming pool also during our last day, and cherry on cake: the outdoor gym! We also booked el Nido tours with them: price is fair and aligned to every other tour companies and the tours have been very enjoyable!

Overall, we had a nice stay at Moringa Resort. The location is very good, just a few minutes by tricycle from the “center” and close to several nice restaurants, bars, and lounges. While the resort does not have direct beach access, it is possible to reach the beach through Coco Hotel (with which they seem to have an agreement) by walking just a few minutes. However, if you are looking for really nice water, I would not recommend this beach, as there are much better places in El Nido to enjoy its natural beauty. That said, the sunsets there are breathtaking and definitely worth experiencing, and the beach is very quiet and not too crowded. The rooms were okay, although they could use some updating and better maintenance, as they felt a bit neglected. Housekeeping could also be improved. The front desk staff were friendly and assisted us throughout our stay, although interactions sometimes felt a bit mechanical.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very accommodating, food at the restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed excellent massages. Glad we were not staying in El Nido town itself - this was much more relaxing and you could walk to some great restaurants on Corong Corong beach. Getting into town was a 5/10 minute tricycle ride and very easy!

“Luxury stay in El Nido and close to everything!”

This resort had everything we needed after a 6 day boat tour. We loved the swimming pool and the massage was great. It’s a really nice place to stay, right in the middle of El Nido town and Las Cabanas beach and it was very easy to get a tuktuk to go to both places. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help!
