Very polite staff. Well-appointed rooms.

“Great location and friendly staff”

Friendly staff that were always available to help. Location was very convenient to restaurants, bars and shops. Everything is walking distance but if you need a tricycle, you can easily find one out near the hotel. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean.

“Isn't terrible, but screaming for improvement”

This hotel isn't terrible, but there are several flaws that require some improvement. The positives: -The location is great. - The breakfast was nice and adequate (though a larger coffee mug would be a great addition), but most importantly, the staff are the best asset of this establishment. They were consistently kind, friendly, and helpful. ​

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of town. Simple breakfast with very fresh and healthy ingredients. Helpful and friendly staff. Would reccomend to a friend.

“Overpriced”

Quieter location than water front hotels although you could still hear noise. Helpful staff.

Big and spacious room, has two showers together which is efficient for after island hopping tours, has a security and gate which felt more secure

All the girls at reception were brilliant, very polite and helpful. The room was nice, exactly like in the photos The bed was comfortable.

Excellent location downtown, 1 min walk from the central fish market. Might be a bot noisy for people who want isolation however we did not have any problem in terms of sleep etc

The staff were super nice! They were really welcoming and even when my internet didn't work they helped me by bringing the router to the room! Breakfest was also nice and I had a nice patio outside where I chilled and had coffee! I will come again!

The room was good but far too over priced for what it was

The staff were excellent. Very helpful with transport, laundry and hiring a scooter. The location was great and the breakfast was tasty as well.

Good location, not close to the noisy street, but close enough for a short walk there. Like the breakfast there, no fancy, but yum, and change everyday

“There is a potential”

Location was good. They are renovating the whole place so it has a potential of becoming much better. Staff was very friendly. Water in our room didn’t work when we arrived, but they changed us for the night to a different one and fixed it the next day.
